Description
About this Online Seminar
In many organizations, a large number of processes are still handled manually, on demand, with paper documents or by telephone. Digital process management, i.e. the design of modern business processes and the use of user-centered workflow systems, offers many advantages here.
In this advanced seminar, we explain how previously manual workflows in administrative and business processes can be digitized. In this seminar, we show that digitization does not only mean automation, but also how to increase efficiency, improve quality, audit compliance and documentation.
Our advanced seminar provides all participants in a compact and well-structured form with the necessary knowledge for the business management design of business processes and the use of modern workflow software – a very central point of digital transformation. A prototypically selected business process illustrates the learning content in a practice-oriented manner.
